Terms of Service
Effective date: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Freightly (“Freightly”, “we”, “us”), an AI-assisted freight inquiry and quotation platform for logistics businesses, operated by Kumi Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Freightly helps you capture, classify, and manage freight inquiries and quotations, including messages that arrive through channels you choose to connect such as the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and Gmail (Google). Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and workspace.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be authorized to connect any WhatsApp Business number or email mailbox you link.
Connected integrations
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account or Gmail mailbox, you authorize Freightly to receive and process messages from that channel to provide the service. Your use of those channels is also subject to the applicable Meta and Google terms. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a channel at any time from your workspace settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited messages, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or violating the policies of any connected provider such as the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Freightly and its software, design, and content are owned by Kumi Studio and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the business content you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. Upon termination, the data-handling practices in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
