Freightly (“Freightly”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted freight inquiry and quotation platform for logistics businesses. Freightly is a product operated by Kumi Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our web application and the integrations you connect to it, including Google Gmail and the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, workspace details, and role, used to create and secure your account.
• Inquiry and business content — messages, quotations, customer and provider records, and freight details you or your customers submit or that arrive through connected channels.
• WhatsApp Business messages— when you connect a WhatsApp Business number, we receive inbound messages sent to that number (sender phone number, message text, media, and timestamps) via Meta’s webhooks, so we can convert them into inquiries and requests for quotation.
• Email content — when you connect a Gmail mailbox, we access relevant messages to detect and process freight inquiries.
• Integration credentials — access tokens and identifiers for connected accounts, which are stored encrypted.

How we use information

• To detect, classify, and manage freight inquiries and quotations.
• To route messages from connected WhatsApp and email channels into your workspace.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use WhatsApp or Gmail data for advertising.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting and the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and Google APIs you choose to connect), and where required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. Integration tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can disconnect a WhatsApp number or Gmail mailbox at any time from your workspace settings, which stops further data collection from that channel. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
